from time to time good news; not only the bad:

Capital Intelligence (CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has affirmed the Commercial Bank of Dubai's (CBD) Foreign Currency ratings at A long-term and A2 short term with a Stable Outlook and a Support rating of 2.

I have many business which you can embark on in Nigeria, firstly was a charity
organization for the less priviledge on education, shelter and welfare.

The second was to get a link on investing on petroleum and this will cost a lot of millions.

I am looking up to any one who can fund my projects in Nigeria. I want to run a non profit School in Nigeria for the less-priviledge and to provide accommodation for the poor.

DUBAI // It may be a pioneer of Islamic banking and the largest Sharia-compliant lender in the country, but analysts are increasingly pessimistic about the short-term outlook for Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB).

The bank is falling out of favour due to concerns about its asset quality and exposure to the property sector. Its declining income from fees and uncertainties over its 19 per cent stake in the mortgage financier Tamweel are added worries.

maybe - if opportunity is really good - we would consider india as well.

Are you willing to invest in USA ventures? Basicly there are plenty of small business deals which need funding. Cash for auto transportantion of used cars for one. These cars are being sold to places in Africa and the middle east countries. We only need a LOI to start the purchasing here and then place vehicals on ships for transport to You guys to sell to others for profit!

Just an idea...I have been trying to open a financial lending group over here. Due to the market conditions here any small lending group can clean up. People will want to have alturnatives to traditional lending based on the failure of the western type lending system. We can start small and try to build up a following in American market.

Also there is inportantion of foods and other goods to the USA. Spice, fruits and oils for cooking just to name a few items that could be used. These items can be sold to both north and south American customers.

We are willing to act has business agents and partners.....inshallah.

my guess: 2010 will be hard again, but we will see signs of improvement at the end of 2010 awhich is the start of a recovery!

I am also interested in investments the islamic way. I recognize that investing in
the Dubai real estagte market would be great but it also requires that you possess
significant amount of capital (hundred thousand of $$$) to invest in order to gain something.
could you guys recommend any sort of investment that I may begin with a few thousand $$
as a start because not everyone got millions $$$ 8) but many would like to ^_^

maybe in mutual funds??? or islamic indexes in the stock market or....
