hi there,
actually i'm planning to invest in the dubai real estate market. do you think the timing is OK now? i read that the market is down around 50 %!!!!

I am also interested in investments the islamic way. I recognize that investing in
the Dubai real estagte market would be great but it also requires that you possess
significant amount of capital (hundred thousand of $$$) to invest in order to gain something.
could you guys recommend any sort of investment that I may begin with a few thousand $$
as a start because not everyone got millions $$$ 8) but many would like to ^_^

maybe in mutual funds??? or islamic indexes in the stock market or....
waiting for your advices.

there is no get rich quick scheme, but at the moment you can find real bargains in dubai.

If there is a boom everyone (everyone) is cheering, if there is recession everything (everything) is talked down

my guess: 2010 will be hard again, but we will see signs of improvement at the end of 2010 awhich is the start of a recovery!
